Compliance is an integral part of our business activities. By applying internationally valid rules of conduct, we seek to protect our employees and our company alongside our customers and partners.

The RECA Group gives top priority to compliance, in combination with high quality standards, proactive environmental protection, sustainability in management, as well as to issues of employee responsibility and to all operational processes.

Management throughout the RECA Group is expressly committed to ensuring fair competition as well as compliance with all prevailing national and international laws, particularly with regard to corruption, bribery and price-fixing; these are rejected outright and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The RECA Group maintains a set of guidelines specifying appropriate rules of conduct in unambiguous terms. Every employee is informed of these and trained accordingly.

Investigations show that tips from third parties often lead to the clarification of white-collar crimes. For this reason, we have set up a system, which can be used not only by employees of the corporate group but also by third parties to provide us with information on criminal acts and other serious breaches of compliance. This is the internet-based BKMS system (Business Keeper Monitoring System).

If you would like to give us a tip via this system, you can do so giving your name or anonymously. However, as we seek open communication, we strongly encourage you to give your name when making a tip. In any event, we will treat your information as strictly confidential and take into account the legitimate interests of all parties involved.

Please create a mailbox in the BKMS system through which we can contact you. This is important in the event of queries or if you wish to supplement your declaration with further information at a later date. If desired, communication via the mailbox may also be anonymous.

The system serves exclusively to draw attention to suspected white-collar crime or defined, serious breaches of compliance in the corporate group. Misuse thereof for any other purposes may constitute a criminal offence.
